Roles We Hire For
Climber
Full-TimeExperienced climber comfortable with SRT/MRS, rigging complex removals, and working in tight residential spaces. ISA cert a plus — so is a clean driver's license.
- • Minimum 2 years production climbing experience
- • Comfortable with chainsaw work at height
- • Clean, safety-first mindset
Groundsman
Full-TimeSharp groundsman who runs rope, manages the drop zone, and keeps the jobsite organized. Prior tree experience preferred but we'll train the right person.
- • Physical work, outdoors, year-round
- • Reliable transportation
- • Willingness to learn rigging from the ground up
