Yes, We Take Commercial and HOA Work
People ask because the site has mostly shown homes. The answer is yes. All Trees Considered already does scheduled work for a national homebuilder's local developments, a homeowners association, a school, and a City of Mentor street-clearance compliance order. The same owner-operator does the work, the same crew does the cleanup, and the paperwork gets handled up front.
Who We Work With
- HOAs and condo associations: common-area removals, trimming cycles, storm response for the whole community, one point of contact for the board
- Property managers: multi-site scheduling, tenant notice coordination, invoices per property
- Builders and developers: lot clearing, selective clearing to save specimen trees, clearance before foundations and utilities go in
- Schools and churches: work scheduled around the calendar, hazard removals near playgrounds and parking
- Municipal and utility clearance: right-of-way and street-clearance orders, line clearance from a crew with 14 years of lineman experience behind it
Paperwork, Handled First
Every commercial job starts with the documents your office needs, before anyone shows up:
- Certificate of insurance naming your organization, with liability and workers compensation
- W-9 and vendor setup, including direct deposit
- Written scope with line items, so the board or the owner sees exactly what is included
- Day-rate or per-job pricing, whichever fits the work
How a Commercial Job Runs
Wes walks the property with your contact, flags each tree, and writes the scope. You approve it in writing. On the day, the crew arrives when scheduled, works the list in the order agreed, and leaves the site clean. Multi-day work gets a daily update. Change orders are written, never assumed.
Crane-Free Where Others Can't
Tight sites are the norm on commercial property: trees between buildings, over parking, along fence lines. Wes takes most of them down by climbing and rigging, in sections, without the cost and access demands of a crane.

“We're in Maple Heights, not his usual service area but he did come out and give us an estimate and found a time that worked great for us. No heavy equipment, just Wes and a helper, amazing to watch him work. Got hit with a big thunderstorm and he still finished the job. Guy really knows what he's doing, highly recommend!”

“Wes did a fantastic job on tree trimming. 2 man crew. Excellent job on clean-up. All branches and leaf debris are all cleaned up. Wes was responsive on the original quote and day of job. The office is also great. She always answered and followed up with direct text on questions. Also great price based on my other quotes. Highly recommend.”

FAQ
Commercial & HOA Tree Service Questions
Common questions homeowners ask about commercial & hoa tree service service.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance before the job?
Yes. Tell us the name and address to list as certificate holder and it goes out before work starts. Liability and workers compensation are both on it.
Do you handle vendor setup and W-9s?
Yes. We are already set up as a vendor with a national homebuilder, including direct deposit. Send the forms and they come back filled in.
Can an HOA get one quote for the whole community?
Yes. Wes walks the common areas with your board contact, numbers the trees, and writes one scope with a line per tree or per area so the board can approve all or part of it.
Do you do recurring trimming contracts?
Yes. Annual or seasonal trimming cycles can be scheduled in advance at a set scope and price.
Can you work around tenants, students, or business hours?
Yes. Scheduling is agreed in writing before the job, including start times, parking, and any areas that need to stay open.
